This one is a good one folks. Back in the Fall, I worked with the lovely Kate and David on their adorable hand drawn save the date. This past Spring, we created the wedding invitations for their amazing wedding in Umbria, Italy. We wanted the invitations to feel like an extension of their save the date. For the main invite, I illustrated an image of the couple {and their cute little pup!} on the property where their wedding would be held. The cyprus trees created an aisle like path which I thought would be fun to play up. For the supporting pieces, I created several custom borders and spot illustrations to compliment the main invite. One of my favorite things is the hand-drawn return address on the RSVP envelope- so cute. When it came to front of the envelope, we chose the best in the biz, Love, Jenna calligraphy. Her amazing style complimented the entire suite perfectly. To pull it all together, we wrapped all the pieces in a custom belly band. The suite was printed on a textured Crane stock and duplexed to be an extra thick stock. This adds just a bit more luxe to the entire suite. Bella!
